CBD Oil seems to be all the craze these days. It is presented as a panacea for all that ails you.
PTSD is one of the diagnoses that, when given to a patient, tends to cause people to take a look at CBD oil.
That’s fine. It isn’t toxic and it can help suppress your symptoms in a safe way. But the key word here is that it suppresses or masks your symptoms. Which means, if you stop taking it, your symptoms will come back.
Is that better than taking drugs? I would say so. But is it actually healing the symptoms of PTSD and making them go away permanently, like homeopathy does? No, it does not.
Using CBD oil to get you through a bad time is perhaps helpful. I am not familiar with how to use it so I don’t know if it takes awhile to build up in your system and then it can suppress your symptoms, or if you can take it and you feel better in a couple of hours. It may also depend on the brand you buy and whether it is full spectrum or not. There are a lot of unknowns with CBD oil.
Your best bet to be able to help your whole body heal itself and recover from PTSD and CPTSD (or whatever ails you) is to try Homeopathy.
